Shannon Schultz is an executive coach and leadership consultant who specializes in developing resilience, authenticity, and personal presence in leaders. Her clients consistently achieve increased abilities to balance bold results with strong relationships as they drive change in their organizations.
Shannon Schultz has coached executive sponsors and their organizational change teams for over 20 years. Prior to starting her firm, Shannon’s corporate experience included product development and internal consulting at Delta Air Lines, where she led client-consultant teams driving enterprise-wide initiatives through airport operations, technical operations, call center operations, and business systems.
In 2003, Shannon launched Schultz Consulting Group to support leaders driving large-scale organizational change. Since then, she has consulted and coached clients across industries and functions. Client organizations include: Abbott Labs, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Chick-fil-A, Cox Media Group, Furniture Brands International, Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, Honda Motor North America, JetBlue Airways, Kimberly-Clark Corporation, Michelin North America, Rolls-Royce Canada, Target Corporation, Thor Industries, and VF Corporation.
In addition to coaching leaders and their teams, Shannon is a senior faculty member at the Center for Right Relationship, where she teaches courses and supervises coaches in their global certification program. She has also served as program faculty and an executive coach for the University of Notre Dame’s Executive Programs, and the University of Georgia’s Executive MBA Program.
Shannon coaches executives and leaders in Fortune 500 companies and has extensive experience in manufacturing, healthcare, consumer products, and transportation. Her coaching approach is a seasoned blend of the latest applications of neuroscience, adult development, and relationship systems theory.
Shannon enjoys living in Atlanta with her husband. She loves exploring new places and interests, and consistently finds inspiration in tennis, yoga, and great music.
